Chiefs Get Revenge
Welp... as hard as it is for me to say, the Kansas City Chiefs got the better hand in Sunday's match-up against their AFC West rival, the Denver Broncos. With temperatures in the 20's, the Chiefs were able to scrap out a defense-prevailing game by the score of 10 to 6 to get revenge from the 49 to 29 blow-out that the Broncos gave the Chiefs earlier in the season. Unlike the first meeting, both teams struggled to click offensively. Kansas City's Leonard Pope was the only player to reach the endzone when he caught a 2-yard pass thrown by Matt Cassel. The win improved the Chiefs to 8-4 and with the Chargers losing a tough one on the road at home to the Raiders, Kansas City now has a commanding lead in the division. The Chiefs have a big game coming up next week when they take on the Chargers at San Diego. Do you think the Chiefs will be able to win on the road against the Chargers? Winning on the road is going to be hard but you can tell that the chiefs are having fun out on the field and that will help them as they start to play some important games.

ReplyDeleteI thikn that it will be a tough match up for the Kansas City Chiefs, but if the chargers play as they did aginst the Raiders on Sunday i think that the chiefs will be able to pull it off. The Thing that the chiefs need to improve upon to keep their hopes of winning the division is their offense. they just keep needing to put up more points to relieve the preassure off the defence.
